i wrote to the administrator asking permission to discuss a matter. it was very simple, really. what i found in terrie's pms to me were way out of bounds in relation to my question- which, by the way, was not treated exactly as her tos/tou encourages, and dreams up!
isn't the whole matter over a guy? there had been flirting back and forth between me and him. there was no competition- i liked him, but not that deeply- and i made it clear to him that i was not ready for anything serious. i'm not a jealous person either.
i liked terrie a lot, and even told the guy so! no problems with either terrie or her [now] boyfriend in my mind prior to sending my note.
well, i think there are several layers to all of this, and none were created by me. i wrote that initial pm to her. what happened after that went kooky. dallas has even added more. he wrote that i wanted to be treated as "special" and that is so far from my reality. who has "special" in their profiles? terrie and the guy! that's just one small flaw in dallas lesbian [and company] logic.
so the pms i get back from terrie begin to get strange, and include drama from another site about a very well-known troublemaker.
once i was banned, and people started contacting me about what happened and not being able to find any thread warnings, or see anything i did wrong- i spilled the beans on her way of treating me and some of my friends. what did i discover? she did this to other people too!
in order to ban me [because remember, really it's over the guy and that would seem much too obvious, right?] she used so much drama, and gave me no chance to ask questions or defend myself when she did so. after my lightening speed ban, with violation numbers 22 and 25 [not 6, dallas], she could most likely just go on as "special" and feel ultra secure with the guy after i was gone? i don't know, i couldn't imagine being that insecure or that unkind.
i did not have to keep quiet after being tossed. i was not a member of her site.
in order for her to "save face", she must have needed to heavily complicate things! i'm going to show her comments to me. they will be obvious by her style of writing. if anyone wishes to see the letter in its entirety, addressing her action, please just let me know!

I didn’t know exactly what you meant, so by asking you, I was not misleading you- how? stalking? i read a few profiles of people who came over to your site! why not let my uncle, apply internet law to determine the people i viewed far more often [than those two!]. calling someone a stalker is not very good, especially if the person has been stalked in real life. you do not consider that, and your tos makes no room for it.

Crazy Terrie doesn't need a reason to ban anyone. If she can't find a legitimate reason, she'll make one up. What really gets folks banned there is:
1. Questioning anything she says. 2. Not being one of her ass-kissers, or in one of her cliques of "favorites". 3. Associating with others whom she doesn't like (even if they have no connection with her site..ie banned members). 4. Posting negative comments about her or her site on other sites not connected with her own. 5. Being a perceived member of the "heinous B-F Zombie Gang" (this will get you banned without you ever having even visited her site). It's happened to more than one person this way. 6. Putting pictures of those Terrie doesn't like in one's gallery. 7. Any other of many various capricious and whimsical reasons one can dream up.
TOS/TOU?? WTF is that on Terrie's site and who exactly does it pertain to?? Well, depends on who you are, it seems.
